What This Experience Looks Like

Once a week, we meet for a 60–90 minute call — your personal nervous system check-in.

These sessions are curated to you: your body, your mind, and what’s happening in your life in the moment.

It’s a space where we slow down enough to hear what your body and subconscious are trying to say, and respond with exactly what you need that week.

Over our time together, you will:

  • Learn how your brain and body communicate

  • Understand the language of your nervous system

  • Discover where your stress and reactions really come from

  • Experience somatic tools you can use anytime to regulate yourself

  • Build resilience so you can move through challenges with more ease

  • Each session is different, because it’s tailored to you and your current life experience. Typically, we begin with somatic nervous system regulation practices to bring your body into a grounded state. From there, we explore what’s present for you that week through gentle inquiry and reflection. You’ll also receive education on your brain and body, and clear, practical tools to take away and use in daily life.

  • Not at all. This journey is about building resilience through life’s challenges — not waiting for everything to be perfect before you begin. In fact, these sessions are most powerful when life feels messy or overwhelming, because you’ll learn how to regulate in real-time.

  • Life happens — I offer flexibility if something urgent comes up. We can reschedule your session within your package timeframe.

  • You’ll have access to me via Telegram for voice notes and messages between our weekly calls. This gives you a private space to ask questions, share insights, or get support in the moment.

  • Just yourself, a quiet space where you can be present, and ideally a journal to capture insights or practices you want to remember.

  • No — I am not a licensed therapist. This is a holistic coaching and somatic support space that blends neuroscience, spiritual principles, and nervous system regulation. It is a forward-moving, integrative approach, and is not a substitute for clinical mental health care if that’s needed.

My work blends neuroscience, spirituality, somatic nervous system regulation, and a holistic approach to help you shift from survival mode into a state of confidence in self.
Together, we’ll explore the language of your body, rewire your brain, and create a nervous system that supports you no matter what life brings.
